Andrea Swick from WGLT
"She thinks like a musician" is one of the finest compliments you can give a jazz vocalist, and Detroit native Kathy Kosins is often at the tail end of that comment. In the 80's Kosins worked with legendary producer Don Was, among others, and later toured with Was/Not Was. Though jazz was always a part of her musical tastes, it was in the early 90's when she fell hard for jazz, and hasn't looked back. Her latest CD release on Resonance Records is titled "To The Lades Of Cool", and you can purchase this great disc at: http://bit.ly/HsoYgV.
